Electrical hookups: Every site is equipped to handle RVs of any size. All sites are equipped with 50/30/20 amp hookups.

Water and Sewer: Are you tired of having to dump your gray and black water every weekend? We were too and that's why every site has water and sewer hookups.

Convience: We developed this community to make it easier for our guests. It is one of the closest sites coming from Northeast Arkansas. There are a couple of boat ramps in the area making your weekend hassle free. The closest ramp is less than two miles away and has plenty of parking. Forgot something at home? Mountain home is only twenty minutes away, with a Dollar General even closer. Need gas for the boat that is Ethanol free or maybe your beer tank is running on "E". The Holiday Hills gas station at the "Y" is less than a mile away and ready to meet your needs.

Sites: Our sites are some of the largest in the RV community world. Each and every site is 40' x 50' and has more than enough room to meet your needs. There is so much room that we even want you to keep your boat right there on your site, making things much more convienent for you. We want you to feel at home at your site. With prior approval, we allow you to make improvements to your site to make it your own. You have the freedom to construct a deck around your RV or pour your own concrete pad. Some restrictions will apply. Rules and regulations will be imposed regarding the Arkansas Department of Health.

Bath House/Laundry Facility: We hope we thought of everything to make your stays with us enjoyable! Tired of taking those cramped and cold showers in your camper? Our bath house has showers and facilities that make you feel right at home. We have provided a laundry facility to make those stays much easier. No need to carry all your laundry home or to a laundromat. Everything you need to be home is within our park!
